Bottega Veneta Junior HR Business Partner

- Manage multi-country payroll and commission processes for the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Sweden.
- Validate monthly payroll inputs, approvals, reconciliations, and audits.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll providers and employee payroll inquiries.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment management for retail positions.
- Collaborate with managers on role scoping and hiring strategies.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding processes.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
- Maintain Workday system ownership, ensuring reporting and data accuracy.
- Provide policy guidance and deliver onboarding programs.
- Manage long-term absences and support employee relations cases.
- Assist in investigations, meeting attendance, and ER documentation.
- Support performance and wellbeing processes.
- Contribute to talent and performance reviews and workforce planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance engagement and retention.
- 3-4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong exposure to multi-country payroll and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HR systems, with Workday strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment practices and ER processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with managers.
- Strong communication skills.
A minimum of 3-4 years in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles, with significant exposure to multi-country payroll and employee lifecycle management.
