1. Manage multi-country payroll and commission processes for the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Sweden.
2. Validate monthly payroll inputs, approvals, reconciliations, and audits.
3. Serve as the primary contact for payroll providers and employee payroll inquiries.
4. Oversee end-to-end recruitment management for retail positions.
5. Collaborate with managers on role scoping and hiring strategies.
6. Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding processes.
7. Administer employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
8. Maintain Workday system ownership, ensuring reporting and data accuracy.
9. Provide policy guidance and deliver onboarding programs.
10. Manage long-term absences and support employee relations cases.
11. Assist in investigations, meeting attendance, and ER documentation.
12. Support performance and wellbeing processes.
13. Contribute to talent and performance reviews and workforce planning.
14. Partner with stakeholders to enhance engagement and retention.

1. 3-4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles.
2. Strong exposure to multi-country payroll and employee lifecycle management.
3. Experience with HR systems, with Workday strongly preferred.
4. Comprehensive understanding of employment practices and ER processes.

2. High attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
3. Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
4. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with managers.
5. Strong communication skills.

A minimum of 3-4 years in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles, with significant exposure to multi-country payroll and employee lifecycle management.
