1. Oversee the collection and archiving of master samples.
2. Prepare product sheets, ensuring accurate data entry and monitoring of technical information, while liaising with internal colleagues and suppliers.
3. Inspect the quality of raw materials and finished products at external laboratories and compile quality reports.
4. Collect, analyze, and present technical product data to support other departments.
5. Prepare samples for analysis tests and maintain laboratory test archives.
6. Support the industrialization process of Fashion Jewelry and Fine Jewelry collections.

1. Experience in jewelry development and production companies.

1. Proficiency in IT systems, including management software and Microsoft Office Excel.
2. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems such as PLM and Stealth is preferred.
3. Excellent command of the English language.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a predisposition for teamwork.
5. Precision and excellent communication abilities.
6. Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in evolving business environments.
7. Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.

Previous experience in a similar role within jewelry development and production companies is required.

Technical fashion or economic disciplines education is preferred.
