Bottega Veneta Inventory Controlling Intern (EMEA)

- Assist in auditing and cash-balance activities to validate daily store sales through preparation and analysis of dedicated reports.
- Monitor and support compliance with EMEA stock-management practices and corporate policies.
- Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes by interfacing with responsible internal departments.
- Support the planning and coordination of inventory activities across the EMEA network.
- Perform accurate data entry and produce operational and management reporting.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
- Good command of English for daily interaction with EMEA stores (working proficiency).
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise one’s own workload.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
- Attention to detail, flexibility and a proactive attitude.

No specific professional experience is required for this internship; previous internships or coursework in inventory control, retail operations, finance or supply chain will be considered advantageous.
University student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
