Bottega Veneta Inventory Control Intern

- Assist the Inventory Control Manager in overseeing stock activities across all channels, ensuring compliance with internal standards for inventory accuracy.
- Support inventory movements across retail and wholesale warehouses, including stock adjustments, transfers, returns, and discrepancy resolutions.
- Generate weekly reports on inventory metrics to monitor performance.
- Assist in creating KPI reports to analyze and track stock levels.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock on hand, in-transit items, and consignments.
- Support month-end inventory closing processes and prepare sales and margin reports.
- Coordinate price events and adjustments across all channels, including data entry and securing approvals.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams for physical inventory planning and analysis.
- Assist with employee sales and store openings.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams.
- Support inventory-related annual audit inquiries.
- Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship.
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, financial, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail with strong mathematical and written communication skills
- Effective communication skills across department teams and leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with process improvement capabilities
- Proactive team player attitude
No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Must be a student eligible to receive academic credit.
Salary of $16.50/hr
