1. Assist the Inventory Control Manager in overseeing stock activities across all channels, ensuring compliance with internal standards for inventory accuracy.
2. Support inventory movements across retail and wholesale warehouses, including stock adjustments, transfers, returns, discrepancy resolution, purchase orders, receipts, and consolidations.
3. Run weekly inventory reports to monitor performance and generate KPI reports to analyze stock levels.
4. Investigate negative stock on hand, intracompany in transit, and consignments.
5. Support month-end inventory closing processes and prepare sales and margin reports.
6. Coordinate price events and adjustments across all channels, including data entry and approvals.
7. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams to plan and record physical inventory results.
8. Assist with employee sales and store openings.
9. Foster strong partnerships with Finance, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams.
10. Support inventory-related annual audit inquiries.

2. Excellent organizational, time management, financial, and analytical skills

No specific experience required, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Must be a student eligible for academic credit.

Salary of $16.50 per hour.
