Bottega Veneta Internal Production Process Technician

- Master the logic of line work by supporting the team in various analytical activities within the production domain.
- Ensure accurate calculation of line balancing, managing multiple articles in production simultaneously.
- Analyze lead times and objectives assigned to different lines, understanding constraints such as workability, resource skills, service requirements, and priority management.
- Understand production cycles and technical information available in the system (patterns, piece sheets, etc.) to optimize production processes.
- Record production times to analyze work on lines, proposing solutions for optimization and improvement of balances.
- Analyze and optimize work methods by applying Lean Production methodologies.
- Collaborate with Managers/Operational Units to prepare analyses that help find solutions for increasing production efficiency.
- Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector (knowledge of leather goods is a plus).
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a background in Time and Methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Teamwork orientation with strong relational and communication skills.
- High availability and flexibility.
Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
