1. Master the logic of line work by supporting the team in various analytical activities within the production domain.
2. Ensure accurate calculation of line balancing, managing multiple articles in production simultaneously.
3. Analyze lead times and objectives assigned to different lines, understanding constraints such as workability, resource skills, service requirements, and priority management.
4. Understand production cycles and technical information available in the system (patterns, piece sheets, etc.) to optimize production processes.
5. Record production times to analyze work on lines, proposing solutions for optimization and improvement of balances.
6. Analyze and optimize work methods by applying Lean Production methodologies.
7. Collaborate with Managers/Operational Units to prepare analyses that help find solutions for increasing production efficiency.

1. Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector (knowledge of leather goods is a plus).
2. Degree in Industrial Engineering or a background in Time and Methods.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Teamwork orientation with strong relational and communication skills.
3. High availability and flexibility.

Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
