1. Master the logic of line work by supporting the team and production area in various analytical activities.
2. Ensure accurate calculation of line balances while managing multiple articles in production simultaneously.
3. Analyze lead times and objectives assigned to different lines, understanding constraints such as workability, resource skills, required service, and priority management.
4. Understand production cycles and technical information available in the system (patterns, piece sheets, etc.) to optimize production processes.
5. Record production times to analyze line work and propose solutions for optimization and improvement of balances.
6. Analyze and optimize work methods by applying Lean Production methodologies.
7. Collaborate with Managers/Operational Units to prepare analyses aimed at finding solutions to increase the efficiency of respective productions.

1. Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector (knowledge of leather goods is a plus).
2. Degree in Industrial Engineering or a background in Time and Methods.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactivity.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
3. Teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. High availability and flexibility.

Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
