1. Support the Leather Goods Operations team in managing the production of Bottega Veneta leather goods.
2. Ensure accurate line balancing calculations and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
3. Monitor production progress on assembly lines, addressing technical and production priorities.
4. Analyze lead times and objectives for various lines, considering constraints such as workability and resource skills.
5. Optimize production processes by understanding production cycles and technical information systems.
6. Record production times to analyze line work and propose solutions for optimization and balance improvement.
7. Apply Lean Production methodologies to analyze and optimize work methods.
8. Manage workability checks and administer data both visually and within systems.

1. Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector; knowledge of leather goods is a plus.
2. Master's degree in Engineering/Economics or a related field in Time and Methods.
3. Knowledge of Lean Management techniques and an interest in production contexts.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
5. Familiarity with management systems such as Stealth 3000 and AS400.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Teamwork orientation and strong relational and communication skills.

Previous experience in a production environment, ideally within the fashion or luxury sectors, is required.

Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
