Bottega Veneta Internal Production Operations Specialist

- Support the Leather Goods Operations team in managing the production of Bottega Veneta leather goods.
- Ensure accurate line balancing calculations and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Monitor production progress on assembly lines, addressing technical and production priorities.
- Analyze lead times and objectives for various lines, considering constraints such as workability and resource skills.
- Optimize production processes by understanding production cycles and technical information systems.
- Record production times to analyze line work and propose solutions for optimization and balance improvement.
- Apply Lean Production methodologies to analyze and optimize work methods.
- Manage workability checks and administer data both visually and within systems.
- Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector; knowledge of leather goods is a plus.
- Master's degree in Engineering/Economics or a related field in Time and Methods.
- Knowledge of Lean Management techniques and an interest in production contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
- Familiarity with management systems such as Stealth 3000 and AS400.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Teamwork orientation and strong relational and communication skills.
Previous experience in a production environment, ideally within the fashion or luxury sectors, is required.
Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
