1. Support the Operations Leather Goods team in managing the production of Bottega Veneta leather goods.
2. Ensure accurate calculation of line balancing while managing multiple products in production simultaneously.
3. Monitor production progress on assembly lines, managing priorities and addressing technical production issues.
4. Analyze lead times and objectives for various lines, understanding constraints such as workability, resource skills, and service requirements.
5. Understand production cycles and technical information to optimize production processes.
6. Record production times to analyze work on lines and propose solutions for optimization and improvement of balancing.
7. Analyze and optimize work methods by applying Lean Production methodologies.
8. Manage workability checks and administer data both visually and in the system.

1. Previous experience in production, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector, with knowledge of leather goods being a plus.
2. Master's degree in Engineering/Economics or a background in Time and Methods.

1. Knowledge of Lean Management techniques and interest in production contexts.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
3. Familiarity with management systems (Stealth 3000, AS400).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in a production environment, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.

Master's degree in Engineering or Economics, or a related field.
