1. Support the Operations Leather Goods team in managing the production of Bottega Veneta leather goods.
2. Ensure accurate calculation of line balancing and manage multiple products in production simultaneously.
3. Monitor the progress of assembly lines, addressing technical and production priorities.
4. Analyze lead times and objectives for different lines, understanding constraints such as workability and resource skills.
5. Optimize production processes by understanding production cycles and technical information systems.
6. Record production times to analyze and propose solutions for line optimization and balance improvement.
7. Apply Lean Production methodologies to analyze and optimize work methods.
8. Manage workability checks and administer data both visually and within systems.

1. Previous experience in production, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector, with leather goods knowledge as a plus.
2. Master's degree in Engineering/Economics or a related field in Time and Methods.

1. Knowledge of Lean Management techniques and interest in production environments.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
3. Familiarity with management systems (Stealth 3000, AS400) is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Teamwork orientation with strong relational and communication skills.

Previous experience in a production environment, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.

Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
