1. Support the Leather Goods Operations team in managing the production of Bottega Veneta leather goods.
2. Ensure accurate calculation of line balancing and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
3. Monitor production progress on assembly lines, addressing priorities and technical production challenges.
4. Analyze lead times and objectives for various lines, considering constraints such as workability and resource skills.
5. Understand production cycles and technical information to optimize production processes.
6. Record production times to analyze line work and propose optimization solutions.
7. Analyze and optimize work methods using Lean Production methodologies.
8. Manage workability checks and administer data both visually and within systems.

1. Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector; knowledge of leather goods is a plus.
2. Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field in Time and Methods.
3. Knowledge of Lean Management techniques and interest in production contexts.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactivity.
2. Familiarity with management systems such as Stealth 3000 and AS400.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Teamwork orientation with strong relational and communication skills.

Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
