1. Support in creating marketing and media presentation documents and briefs.
2. Update budgets and timelines on internal tools in response to market changes.
3. Organize agendas and record minutes for meetings with media agencies and local markets.
4. Understand specifications from agencies and monitor media content creation progress, collaborating with the Project Management team.
5. Monitor competitive activities within the media landscape and present findings to the team.
6. Collaborate with media agencies to ensure digital specifications and UTM files are current and accurate.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is desirable.

1. Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
2. Experience with social media platforms.
3. Understanding of 360 integrated marketing across the digital ecosystem.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English.

Experience with social media platforms and understanding of integrated marketing is required.
