- Supervise the completion status of compulsory courses as required by the Kering Group and record information using the company's platform.
- Provide support for training programs, including monitoring registrations, attendance records, and sending organizational communications and training materials.
- Support the monitoring of foreign language courses and manage related communications with external suppliers and users.
- Monitor the availability of resources from Interprofessional Funds for training plans and manage attendance registers and administrative practices for cost reporting.
- Support the definition and registration of administrative practices with external suppliers, including contracts and invoices, and update department budget and costs.
- Assist and support special projects related to people engagement activities.
- Contribute to internal projects such as the Accademia project by overseeing operational aspects like calendar coordination, stakeholder communication, and preparation of course materials.
- Degree in a related discipline is desirable.
- Interest in learning activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to Milan headquarters.
No specific experience required, but an interest in learning and development is essential.
Degree in a related discipline is desirable.
