1. Supervise the completion status of compulsory courses as required by the Kering Group and record information using the company's platform.
2. Provide support for training programs, including monitoring registrations, attendance records, and sending organizational communications and training materials.
3. Support the monitoring of foreign language courses and manage related communications with external suppliers and users.
4. Monitor the availability of resources from Interprofessional Funds for training plans and manage attendance registers and administrative practices for cost reporting.
5. Support the definition and registration of administrative practices with external suppliers, including contracts and invoices, and update department budget and costs.
6. Assist and support special projects related to people engagement activities.
7. Contribute to internal projects such as the Accademia project by overseeing operational aspects like calendar coordination, stakeholder communication, and preparation of course materials.

1. Degree in a related discipline is desirable.

1. Interest in learning activities.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
6. Willingness to travel to Milan headquarters.

No specific experience required, but an interest in learning and development is essential.

Degree in a related discipline is desirable.
