- Facilitate the onboarding process and manage administrative tasks in collaboration with Payroll and Personnel Administration teams to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Support the organization and maintenance of both physical and electronic employee records.
- Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
- Gather recruitment needs from managers, develop and enhance job descriptions, and post vacancies on career sites and job boards.
- Participate in candidate selection processes, including sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in organizing and executing internal recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Support the implementation of key HR projects and contribute to process optimization.
- Participate in the redesign of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare legal research and notes on specific labor law topics.
- Assist in the preparation of CSE meetings.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and confidentiality awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, international, and ever-evolving environment.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confidentiality awareness
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in human resources and the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
