1. Facilitate the integration and administrative follow-up of new employees in collaboration with the Payroll & Personnel Administration teams.
2. Support the organization of both paper and electronic employee records.
3. Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
4. Gather recruitment needs from managers, develop and enhance job descriptions, and post vacancies on career sites and job boards.
5. Participate in candidate selection processes including sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
6. Assist in organizing and executing internal recruitment events.
7. Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
8. Support the deployment of key HR projects and contribute to optimizing HR processes.
9. Participate in the redesign of recruitment and onboarding processes.
10. Prepare legal research and notes on specific topics related to labor law.
11. Assist in the preparation of CSE meetings.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.

1. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
4. Comfortable in an international, complex, and constantly evolving environment.
5. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in human resources and the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or Social Law.
