1. Facilitate the onboarding and administrative follow-up of new employees in collaboration with Payroll and Personnel Administration teams.
2. Support the organization and maintenance of both physical and electronic employee records.
3. Regularly update various HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
4. Gather recruitment needs from managers, develop and enhance job descriptions, and post job openings on career sites and job boards.
5. Participate in candidate selection processes including sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
6. Assist in organizing and executing internal recruitment events.
7. Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
8. Support the deployment of key HR projects and contribute to the optimization of HR processes.
9. Participate in the redesign of recruitment and onboarding processes.
10. Prepare legal research and notes on specific topics related to labor law.
11. Assist in the preparation of Works Council meetings.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and confidentiality.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
4. Comfortable in an international, complex, and constantly evolving environment.
5. Proficiency in office software, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with HR processes is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent.
