1. Assist with the integration and administrative follow-up of new employees in collaboration with the Payroll & Personnel Administration teams.
2. Support the organization of paper and electronic file archives.
3. Regularly update various HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
4. Gather recruitment needs from managers, develop and improve job descriptions, and post job offers on the Career site and job boards.
5. Participate in candidate selection processes including sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
6. Assist in organizing and conducting internal recruitment events.
7. Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
8. Support the deployment of major HR projects and participate in optimizing HR processes.
9. Contribute to the redesign of recruitment and onboarding processes.
10. Prepare legal research and notes on specific social law topics.
11. Assist in preparing CSE meetings.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and confidentiality.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.
5. Comfortable in an international, complex, and constantly evolving environment.

1. Proficiency in office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
