1. Assist in the talent acquisition process, including job postings and resume screening through various channels.
2. Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
4. Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
5. Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys to assess engagement levels.
6. Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
7. Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
8. Coordinate and schedule business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
9. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Possession of a valid work visa in Hong Kong for a 6-month internship or eligibility for a 12-month internship visa sponsorship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn about HR practices.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
