1. Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including database maintenance and system updates as necessary.
2. Assist in HR annual processes such as performance and salary reviews, bonus and incentive schemes, and other reward-related activities.
3. Prepare various HR reports and analyses for management review.
4. Support ad-hoc duties as required.

1. Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong numerical sense and computational skills.
2. Well-versed in employment legislation.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
