Bottega Veneta HR Cost Controlling & HRIS Intern

- Collaborate with the HR Controlling & HRIS Team on personnel cost and budget activities.
- Support the HR team in executing HR cost plans, forecasts, and budgets, and manage monthly closure validation and variance analysis.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks and data uploads.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on key topics and trends.
- Participate in market and salary surveys.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Create reports and present data insights to support HR strategies.
- Conduct regular system audits and data validation exercises to ensure data integrity.
- Support main compensation processes, including bonus calculation and annual salary review.
- Fluency in English.
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions.
No specific experience required, but a background in related fields is advantageous.
Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
