1. Collaborate with the HR controlling team on personnel costs and budget activities.
2. Support the HR controlling team in executing HR cost plans, forecasts, and budgets, including monthly closure validation and variance analysis.
3. Deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, offering structured feedback on key topics and trends.
4. Ensure the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks and data uploads.
5. Assist in new projects, such as the implementation of new commission tools.
6. Support HRIS activities on Workday, including new projects with the Group.
7. Collaborate with HR partners on employee lifecycle processes, including organizational updates, position mapping, and compensation.
8. Provide training support and ensure data consistency in Workday.

1. Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
3. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
