Bottega Veneta HR Cost Controlling & HRIS Intern

- Collaborate with the HR controlling team on personnel costs and budget activities.
- Support the HR controlling team in executing HR cost plans, forecasts, and budgets, including monthly closure validation and variance analysis.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, offering structured feedback on key topics and trends.
- Ensure the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks and data uploads.
- Assist in new projects, such as the implementation of new commission tools.
- Support HRIS activities on Workday, including new projects with the Group.
- Collaborate with HR partners on employee lifecycle processes, including organizational updates, position mapping, and compensation.
- Provide training support and ensure data consistency in Workday.
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
