Bottega Veneta HR Business Partner

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all Australian stores, collaborating with Store Management to address immediate needs and build a talent pipeline.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Coordinate the fortnightly payroll process in collaboration with Kering Shared Services.
- Manage the annual compensation review in partnership with the Country Manager and Head of HR SEAO.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including performance management and workplace investigations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure legal compliance by liaising with legal teams to implement and update Fair Work requirements.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external government reporting.
- Facilitate the coordination and completion of the annual employee survey.
- Disseminate global policies and create local policies, ensuring legal compliance.
- Manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring administrative excellence and data integrity.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to create synergies and ensure operational success.
- Engage in project work as required.
- Proven generalist and operational HR experience.
- Knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award and ability to interpret employment terms and conditions.
- Experience with time and attendance systems such as ENTO, and HRIS systems like Workday.
- Experience in managing or coordinating payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to attend meetings or conferences interstate, overseas, or after business hours as required.
Proven experience in a generalist and operational HR role within the retail or luxury fashion industry.
