Bottega Veneta HR Business Partner

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all Australian stores, collaborating with Store Management to address immediate staffing needs and build a talent pipeline.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Coordinate the fortnightly payroll process in collaboration with Kering Shared Services.
- Lead the annual compensation review in partnership with the Country Manager and Head of HR SEAO.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including performance management and workplace investigations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work requirements by liaising with legal teams and implementing necessary updates.
- Complete month-end, quarterly, and annual internal and external government reporting.
- Facilitate the annual employee survey process.
- Disseminate global policies and develop local policies, ensuring legal compliance.
- Manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining administrative excellence and data integrity.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to create synergies and ensure operational success.
- Participate in project work as required.
- Proven experience in generalist and operational HR roles.
- Knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award and ability to interpret employment terms and conditions.
- Experience with time and attendance systems like ENTO and HRIS systems such as Workday.
- Experience in managing or coordinating payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including attending meetings or conferences interstate, overseas, or after business hours.
Proven generalist and operational HR experience, particularly within the retail sector.
