1. Lead people initiatives to enhance workforce productivity, foster social inclusion, and promote talent development and retention.
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients, offering coaching and strategic advice on HR matters.
3. Oversee budget and forecasting processes related to personnel costs at both retail and corporate levels.
4. Manage employee-related issues within the defined scope.
5. Contribute to business plan execution through comprehensive HR strategies to elevate organizational capabilities.
6. Drive global, regional, and local HR initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
7. Manage organizational transformation and change projects as necessary.
8. Lead local recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with Bottega Veneta's culture and business needs.
9. Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
10. Lead annual talent processes including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and salary reviews.
11. Drive talent development and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
12. Coach management on handling high and low performers and developing relevant training plans.
13. Promote internal mobility and career development to retain top talent.
14. Support internal mobility initiatives within Bottega Veneta and the Kering Group.
15. Oversee HR forecasting, budgeting, and compensation and benefits alignment with market standards.
16. Deliver high-quality HR shared services including administration, payroll, and employee relations.
17. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.
18. Implement local communication strategies to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
19. Partner with global and regional teams on employee engagement initiatives to maintain an inclusive work environment.
20. Analyze engagement survey results and develop action plans to improve team motivation and engagement.
21. Implement initiatives such as Inclusion & Diversity and Recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

1. Proven experience in a senior HR role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in China.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
4. Experience in strategic HR planning and execution.

Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
