Bottega Veneta Global Retail Training Specialist

- Oversee all e-learning activities, addressing technical issues and ensuring brand consistency in course visuals and content.
- Act as the primary contact for trainers and learners globally for platform support.
- Coordinate and manage translations in 10 languages.
- Regularly update the training section of the global retail handbook.
- Coordinate filming schedules and prioritize featured products for video production.
- Serve as liaison with Collection Merchandising, Product Development, and Ateliers.
- Create video learning content and follow up with trainers.
- Provide support for digital and physical retail training content on product, client experience, and brand storytelling.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for both e-learning and in-person training programs.
- Analyze training KPIs.
- Prepare and distribute a monthly training newsletter for retail teams.
- Maintain and update the Retail Training Calendar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating training content, with a focus on digital platforms.
- Mastery of instructional design and adult learning techniques.
- Experience or strong understanding of the luxury market.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Versatile and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Hands-on approach and proactive mindset.
- Strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in creating training content, preferably within the luxury sector.
