1. Support the execution of the Global Retail Operations strategy.
2. Ensure best-in-class quality of omnichannel services by animating trainings, tracking tickets with Kering Support, and monitoring KPIs.
3. Maximize adoption of new solutions such as the new Retail app by designing checklists, supporting end-users, collecting feedback, and proposing action plans.
4. Maintain and propose updates to the repository of Retail policies and guidelines through competitor benchmarking and drafting recommendation memos.
5. Manage the online presence of Bottega Veneta stores on search platforms by creating new listings, updating content, and designing reports.
6. Optimize data reliability and actionability by delivering reports, rationalizing KPI dashboards, and briefing the IT team on new demands.

1. Eligibility for a 6-month curricular internship.
2. Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and retail.

1. Detail-oriented and proactive.
2. Strong communication skills and natural empathy.
3. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
4. Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

Prior in-store experience in luxury fashion is a plus.
