- Develop and execute paid media plans for APAC markets, focusing on Greater China and South-East Asia.
- Manage local media agencies to ensure alignment with global marketing strategies and campaign localization.
- Oversee SEA & Greater China media plans, ensuring a comprehensive omnichannel approach.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for media agencies, facilitating planning, booking, and reporting processes.
- Control and manage local digital campaign setups with media agencies, including UTMs, trafficking, and measurement.
- Coordinate the APAC Organic Social Calendar with regional teams, ensuring timely planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with regional teams and media agencies to conduct competitive analysis and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Lead the process from media production to execution across digital, print, and OOH channels.
- Analyze post-campaign performance and present findings to the Media Manager and regional teams.
- Maintain budget control and reconciliation for defined markets, updating global and local budget trackers.
- Update integrated marketing and media presentations for APAC markets.
- Facilitate internal information sharing on APAC markets, ensuring relevant teams receive updated plans.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant media experience, ideally within APAC markets and luxury brands.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Collaborative and communicative team player.
- Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3-4 years in media planning and execution, particularly within APAC markets and luxury brand contexts.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
