1. Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with Bottega Veneta's vision and values.
2. Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for global office-based employees.
3. Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
4. Engage regional teams in learning activities to ensure consistency and alignment with global initiatives.
5. Lead the coordination and implementation of the global performance and development review process.
6. Collaborate with the Kering Group Learning department to ensure alignment with group-wide learning initiatives.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
8. Manage the global learning budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality training initiatives.
9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or regional role.

1. Fluent in English, both written and oral; proficiency in another language preferred.
2. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of Bottega Veneta's brand values.

A minimum of 8 years in learning and development, with significant experience in a global or regional capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
