- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Engage regional teams in learning activities to ensure consistency with global initiatives.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of the global performance and development review process.
- Collaborate with the Kering Group Learning department to align with group-wide learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Manage the global learning budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality training.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language preferred.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
