Bottega Veneta Global Learning and Development Manager

- Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with Bottega Veneta's vision and values.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for employees at all levels globally.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Engage regional teams in learning activities to ensure consistency with global initiatives.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of the global performance and development review process.
- Collaborate with the Kering Group Learning department to ensure alignment with group-wide learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance metrics.
- Manage the global learning budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
- Fluent knowledge of English, with proficiency in another language preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of Bottega Veneta's brand values.
A minimum of 8 years in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
