- Develop and implement a global VIP strategy to enhance brand visibility and cultural relevance.
- Create and nurture a community of influential talents, cultural figures, and brand ambassadors through strategic relationships and collaborations.
- Maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, celebrity stylists, and costume designers.
- Oversee all aspects of VIP dressing, from initial design to red carpet appearances.
- Lead the global product placement strategy for VIPs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs.
- Strategize and oversee product placement in television, film, and digital content worldwide.
- Support regional PR teams in executing local VIP initiatives.
- Manage contracts and agreements related to VIP partnerships, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Lead the global influence strategy to ensure brand presence across key digital and social channels.
- Develop and execute community-driven social strategies to amplify brand narrative and product visibility.
- Identify and foster relationships with key opinion leaders, content creators, and emerging digital talents.
- Oversee execution of innovative product placement strategies across social media and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with global marketing, merchandising, and PR teams to integrate influencer activations into broader brand initiatives.
- Drive and support local community strategies, ensuring global consistency and market relevance.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of influencer and community-driven initiatives to optimize future strategies.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PR & Communication.
- Proven track record with a leading global fashion brand or PR agency in the luxury industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
A minimum of 8 years in PR & Communication, preferably within a leading global fashion brand or PR agency in the luxury industry.
