- Drive performance and innovation across digital platforms, focusing on programmatic and paid social media.
- Develop and implement tailored digital media campaigns for key global markets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning and local cultural nuances.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from media buying and creative briefing to localization, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Utilize a wide range of data sources, emphasizing first-party data, to create highly targeted and personalized strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including regional teams, image and creative departments, PR, CRM, and e-commerce, to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand strategy across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of competitor activities and emerging trends in the luxury sector to identify new opportunities for innovation and digital leadership.
- Ensure all digital media campaigns reflect the brand’s tone of voice, aesthetic values, and premium positioning.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in digital media, ideally within a luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle environment.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools including Google Ads, DV360, GA4, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Proven experience adapting campaigns to diverse cultural contexts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a passion for innovation and digital excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, report on KPIs, and optimize for ROI.
- Experience with feed management tools and related optimizations.
- High attention to detail and a refined visual sensibility, in line with luxury brand standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
Minimum of 3-4 years in digital media, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
