1. Monitor and report e-commerce performance across channels, focusing on sales, orders, and related metrics.
2. Assist in gathering and analyzing e-commerce data using tools such as GA4 to derive insights into customer behavior, product performance, and sales trends.
3. Support the preparation of presentations to update top management on relevant projects.
4. Conduct post-event analyses to identify missed opportunities.
5. Support the sales forecasting process for key markets and regions.
6. Develop dashboards to aid the e-commerce team and stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Management or equivalent studies.
2. Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Basic analytical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn advanced data analysis tools.
2. Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Management or equivalent.
