1. Develop and implement the global client development strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial goals.
2. Communicate the vision effectively to stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
3. Manage a comprehensive Worldwide Client Engagement Calendar supporting strategic business priorities.
4. Define a seamless client journey across all touchpoints, including boutiques, events, and online platforms.
5. Design and deploy 360° activations and in-store animations to enhance engagement and storytelling.
6. Oversee and enhance one-to-one clienteling strategies within stores, ensuring excellence in execution.
7. Establish KPIs to maximize ROI of client development initiatives and store-level activations.
8. Lead training programs for regional and local teams to optimize clienteling tools.
9. Roll out global client feedback mechanisms and use insights for targeted action plans.
10. Lead the global CRM campaign calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
11. Optimize CRM campaigns through personalization and data-driven insights to drive revenue and engagement.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in client engagement roles within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven leadership in managing cross-regional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
3. Experience in designing bespoke experiences for clients across multiple channels.

2. Robust analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

International experience working across multiple luxury markets is required.
