- Develop and implement the global client development strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial goals.
- Communicate the vision effectively to stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage a comprehensive Worldwide Client Engagement Calendar supporting strategic business priorities.
- Define a seamless client journey across all touchpoints, including boutiques, events, and online platforms.
- Design and deploy 360° activations and in-store animations to enhance engagement and storytelling.
- Oversee and enhance one-to-one clienteling strategies within stores, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Establish KPIs to maximize ROI of client development initiatives and store-level activations.
- Lead training programs for regional and local teams to optimize clienteling tools.
- Roll out global client feedback mechanisms and use insights for targeted action plans.
- Lead the global CRM campaign calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize CRM campaigns through personalization and data-driven insights to drive revenue and engagement.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client engagement roles within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-regional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
- Experience in designing bespoke experiences for clients across multiple channels.
- Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
International experience working across multiple luxury markets is required.
