1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global client development strategy aligned with brand values and commercial goals.
2. Communicate strategic vision to stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
3. Manage a Worldwide Client Engagement Calendar to support strategic business priorities.
4. Define and enhance the client journey across all brand touchpoints, including boutiques, events, and online platforms.
5. Design and deploy 360° activations and in-store experiences to enrich client engagement.
6. Oversee and refine one-to-one clienteling strategies and practices within stores.
7. Establish KPIs and methodologies to maximize ROI of client development initiatives.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize clienteling tools and lead training programs.
9. Implement global client feedback mechanisms and use insights for targeted action plans.
10. Lead the global CRM campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
11. Optimize CRM campaigns through personalization and data-driven insights to drive revenue and engagement.
12. Monitor and improve campaign performance across client segments and regions.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in client engagement roles within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven leadership in managing cross-regional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
3. Experience in designing bespoke client experiences across multiple channels.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

International experience working across multiple luxury markets is required.
