- Develop and implement a comprehensive global client development strategy aligned with brand values and commercial goals.
- Communicate strategic vision to stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage a Worldwide Client Engagement Calendar to support strategic business priorities.
- Define and enhance the client journey across all brand touchpoints, including boutiques, events, and online platforms.
- Design and deploy 360° activations and in-store experiences to enrich client engagement.
- Oversee and refine one-to-one clienteling strategies and practices within stores.
- Establish KPIs and methodologies to maximize ROI of client development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize clienteling tools and lead training programs.
- Implement global client feedback mechanisms and use insights for targeted action plans.
- Lead the global CRM campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
- Optimize CRM campaigns through personalization and data-driven insights to drive revenue and engagement.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance across client segments and regions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client engagement roles within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-regional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
- Experience in designing bespoke client experiences across multiple channels.
- Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
International experience working across multiple luxury markets is required.
