1. Conduct market and industry research to gather insights from competitive benchmarks and industry analysis.
2. Create and update guidelines and training materials to support local teams in executing in-store activations and clienteling tools.
3. Assist in launching clienteling one-to-one campaigns by managing assets in the clienteling app and coordinating with regional teams.
4. Support the end-to-end gifting process, ensuring alignment with the gifting strategy from order collection to delivery.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of clienteling actions, preparing ad hoc analyses and regular reports.
6. Provide administrative support, including the management of invoices related to client development projects.

1. Eligible for a 6-month curricular internship, currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc program in a relevant discipline.

1. Passion for luxury fashion and retail.
2. Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
3. Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
4. Adaptable, flexible, and highly organized.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and client development is essential.

Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc program in a relevant discipline.
