1. Support research and development projects focused on architectural innovation within the luxury sector.
2. Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and external consultants to develop creative architectural solutions.
3. Assist in researching emerging architectural trends, materials, technologies, and construction methods for store design applications.
4. Contribute to the design and engineering of new fixtures and solutions, including lighting, flooring, and storefronts.
5. Ensure project designs align with the company’s aesthetic vision and luxury standards.
6. Support prototyping, testing, and development of new materials and techniques for architecture.
7. Ensure R&D activities align with costs and budgets set by the store planning team.
8. Collaborate with the Design Team to develop and define concept guidelines for the Brand Concepts Bible.
9. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project approval and compliance.
10. Research sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives to integrate green practices into projects.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement in design and project delivery through R&D insights.
12. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and project progress.
13. Communicate effectively with the Architecture and Visual Merchandising teams and global stakeholders.

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
2. 2.5+ years of experience in architectural project management, R&D, or innovation in luxury or high-end architecture.
3. Experience supporting multiple projects from concept to implementation.
4. Knowledge of architectural materials, building techniques, sustainability practices, and new technologies.
5. Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit).
6. Strong understanding of the luxury sector, with an eye for detail and design quality.
7. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
