1. Assemble and oversee the stitching phases of individual cut components, ensuring quality in accordance with technical documentation and Bottega Veneta's quality standards.
2. Perform leather skiving both manually and with machinery, tailored to specific model requirements.
3. Execute all upper construction techniques, including tape application, pulling, folding, reversing, lining preparation, bag lining setup, edge application, and reinforcement insertion.
4. Operate column and zigzag sewing machines proficiently.
5. Oversee the creation of prototypes, samples, press pairs, and production pairs, collaborating with the internal modeling department.
6. Conduct repair activities as needed.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the footwear industry, preferably with expertise in elegant women's footwear.
2. In-depth knowledge of the production cycle and stages of footwear creation.

1. Proficient use of column, zigzag, and skiving machines.
2. Exceptional manual dexterity and precision.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Teamwork orientation and availability.
