- Oversee the engineering and industrialization processes for both men's and women's footwear, ensuring alignment with the Creative Direction's stylistic requirements and Bottega Veneta's quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Head of Footwear Industrialization to address any product issues during production and propose quality-driven alternatives.
- Coordinate with component suppliers, sole manufacturers, insole producers, heel makers, and last manufacturers to facilitate industrialization activities.
- Draft and validate production specifications, specific sheets, and master compilations using the PLM system.
- Engage with external and internal modeling teams to secure product conformity and initiate production.
- Liaise with colleagues and relevant departments to adhere to production release and delivery timelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in the footwear industry.
- High school diploma or model-making course certification.
- Proficient understanding of footwear processes including modeling, cutting, stitching, assembly, and finishing.
- Strong computer skills, including management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic with a strong adherence to deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within the footwear industry is required.
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional model-making course preferred.
