1. Oversee the development of the Flou collection within the Product Development team.
2. Manage and code all styles, compile bills of materials, and ensure information transfer to suppliers.
3. Participate in the handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
4. Collect and update information on changes and improvements during fittings in the PLM system.
5. Ensure timely delivery of prototypes adhering to company quality standards.
6. Update the PLM system with data entry, amendments, and updates.
7. Ensure correct handover of garments to production.
8. Research special workmanships, embroideries, and finishing techniques as required.

1. 3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to Flou.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
5. Collaborative approach and effective relationship management with Design and Merchandising teams.
6. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to Flou.
