Bottega Veneta Fixed-term Supervisor

- Support the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets, applying sales techniques to maximize business and cultivate customer relationships.
- Monitor and supervise team objectives in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Identify and assess team strengths and areas for improvement, providing feedback to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and the Client Journey.
- Provide analysis of sales results and KPIs with proposed action plans to the Store Manager and team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure stock management for product and service availability.
- Supervise payment procedures, cash activities, and administrative tasks.
- Execute and monitor the After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns process.
- Ensure the boutique functions efficiently, managing non-product supplies.
- Collaborate with the Headquarters Facility Office for maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Coordinate with the Headquarters Operations Office to manage operational procedures.
- Identify health and safety risks, taking action or reporting to headquarters as necessary.
- Manage IT issues in the shop and oversee the use of company mobile devices.
- Retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customer types.
- Dynamic and motivating personality with a passion for the brand and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach with a keen sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business results through KPIs.

- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts, is required.
