Bottega Veneta Fixed-term Supervisor

- Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales targets, employing sales techniques to maximize business and foster customer relationships.
- Monitor and supervise team objectives in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Identify and assess team strengths and areas for improvement, providing feedback to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and the Client Journey.
- Provide analysis of sales results and KPIs to the Store Manager and team, proposing action plans.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with goods receipt procedures and transfers.
- Manage stock to ensure product availability and store functionality.
- Oversee payment procedures, cash activities, and administrative tasks such as petty cash and bank deposits.
- Execute and monitor the After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns processes.
- Ensure the boutique's operational efficiency by managing non-product supplies and collaborating with the Headquarters Facility Office for maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Headquarters Operations Office to manage operational procedures.
- Identify and report health and safety risks to headquarters.
- Manage IT issues and oversee the use of company mobile devices, ensuring functionality.
- Retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
- Dynamic and motivational personality with a passion for the brand and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach with a keen sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business results through KPIs.
