Bottega Veneta Fixed-term Supervisor

- Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales targets and cultivating customer relationships.
- Monitor and supervise team objectives in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Assess team strengths and areas for improvement, providing feedback to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and the Client Journey.
- Provide sales analysis and KPI reports with action plans to the Store Manager.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with goods receipt procedures.
- Manage stock to ensure product availability and store functionality.
- Supervise payment procedures and manage cash and administrative activities.
- Execute and monitor the After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns processes.
- Ensure the boutique operates efficiently, managing non-product supplies.
- Collaborate with Headquarters Facility Office for maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Coordinate with Headquarters Operations Office to manage operational procedures.
- Identify health and safety risks and report to headquarters if necessary.
- Resolve IT issues and oversee the use of mobile devices in the shop.
- Retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customers.
- Dynamic, motivating personality with a passion for the brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach with a keen sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business results through KPIs.

Retail experience in fashion and luxury contexts is preferred.
