1. Support the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets, applying sales techniques to maximize business and cultivate customer relationships.
2. Monitor and supervise team objectives in coordination with the Store Manager.
3. Assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing feedback to enhance skills and performance.
4. Ensure compliance with service standards and the Client Journey.
5. Provide analysis of sales results and KPIs to the Store Manager and team, proposing action plans.
6. Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure stock management for optimal store functioning.
8. Supervise payment procedures and manage cash and administrative activities.
9. Oversee the After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns processes.
10. Ensure the proper functioning of the boutique, managing non-product supplies.
11. Collaborate with the Headquarters Facility Office for maintenance and cleaning operations.
12. Coordinate with the Headquarters Operations Office to manage operational procedures.
13. Identify health and safety risks and take action or report to headquarters.
14. Manage IT issues in the shop and oversee the use of company mobile devices.

1. Retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish.
