1. Facilitate and drive mid to long term planning regarding company performance and business development.
2. Drive efficiency measures and initiate proactive measures to improve profitability.
3. Lead the budget and forecast process.
4. Produce monthly management accounts with internal and external insights.
5. Partner with various stakeholders within a matrix organization at local, regional, and HQ levels.
6. Collaborate with Business Development and retail on business development, capex analysis, and leasing negotiations.
7. Work with Retail and Marketing teams on brand initiatives, KPIs measurement, monthly target setting, and profitability.
8. Collaborate with Opex Budget owners on cost savings via Indirect Procurement.
9. Work with Kering Shared Service Centers to elevate operational and cost efficiency.
10. Drive process improvements and facilitate a robust internal controls environment across all departments.
11. Handle regulatory reporting for external audit and tax filing.
12. Oversee systems implementation.

1. Certified accountant with at least 15 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior capacity at sizable organizations, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or Fashion industry.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations 360.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
