- Support the Finance team in approving invoices, reviewing expense reports, and conducting cost center analysis.
- Analyze business activities, trends, and drivers of business profitability.
- Prepare cost center and management reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement and generate innovative ideas to enhance process efficiencies.
- Assist in reviewing and loading budgets within tight deadlines.
- Conduct analyses related to 'Store Expenses' and 'General Expenses'.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team during monthly closings and cost center analyses reporting.
- Handle ad hoc requests and projects as required.
- Navigate and master multiple accounting systems and sub-ledgers, including SAP, JDA, HFM, and PBCS.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FP&A or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including look-ups, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and embrace feedback.
- Knowledge of SAP, JDA, HFM, and PBCS systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the luxury/fashion market, with exposure in retail and/or audit, is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting is required.
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
Annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, plus discretionary bonus.
