1. Support the Finance team in approving invoices, reviewing expense reports, and conducting cost center analysis.
2. Analyze business activities, trends, and drivers of business profitability.
3. Prepare cost center and management reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
4. Identify areas for improvement and generate innovative ideas to enhance process efficiencies.
5. Assist in reviewing and loading budgets within tight deadlines.
6. Conduct analyses related to 'Store Expenses' and 'General Expenses'.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting team during monthly closings and cost center analyses reporting.
8. Handle ad hoc requests and projects as required.
9. Navigate and master multiple accounting systems and sub-ledgers, including SAP, JDA, HFM, and PBCS.

1. BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in FP&A or Accounting

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including look-ups, formulas, and pivot tables.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent analytical skills.
4. Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and embrace feedback.
5. Knowledge of SAP, JDA, HFM, and PBCS systems is advantageous.
6. Familiarity with the luxury/fashion market, with exposure in retail and/or audit, is a plus.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting is required.

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

Annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, plus discretionary bonus.
