Bottega Veneta Finance Manager

- Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgets, forecasts, monthly closing reporting, and analysis for consolidation in Italy, encompassing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and capital expenditure analysis.
- Validate monthly closings, perform general ledger reconciliation, and conduct comprehensive analysis of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct sales and gross margin analyses and prepare ad hoc analyses to support business needs.
- Develop and manage budgets and business forecasts.
- Review and prepare accounting entries, providing guidance on accounting-related matters.
- Navigate and utilize multiple financial systems such as SAP, PBCS, JDA, and Hyperion Financial Management.
- Demonstrate adaptability and ingenuity in anticipating needs and responding to changing situations.
- Identify problems and generate alternative solutions.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance process and procedural efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including look-ups, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion market, with experience in retail and auditing.
Experience in financial management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry, with exposure to retail and auditing environments.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
