Bottega Veneta Finance Manager - FP&A

1. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the retail business.
2. Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support business decisions to achieve financial targets.
3. Collaborate with the Business Planning Manager to propose realistic sales targets to HQ finance.
4. Monitor key retail KPIs such as sales density and productivity, and drive initiatives to enhance store profitability.
5. Conduct P&L analysis for pop-up events and coordinate with Retail and Architecture teams to ensure profitability and secure approvals from HQ finance.
6. Lead the investment approval process, including EVA measurement of financial performance for store projects.
7. Communicate closely with Kering Korea SSC to ensure store-related expenses are posted to appropriate cost centers and GL accounts.
8. Share detailed monthly financial performance insights with the Retail Director, identifying cost-saving and investment opportunities.
9. Prepare and deliver monthly reporting decks analyzing financial performance for senior management, including the CEO, regional CFO, and country finance head.
10. Submit Management Reporting Package (MRP) in HFM for store PL.
11. Review and update the shopping bag cost estimation logic periodically.
12. Serve as a key contact for communication with HQ finance retail controlling team.
13. Manage the annual Environmental Reporting Campaign for Bottega Veneta Korea.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A within a retail or consumer-facing industry.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HFM is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A within a retail or consumer-facing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
