Bottega Veneta Facility & Construction Manager

- Coordinate architectural and technical projects from inception to completion across various environments, including corporate offices and industrial production spaces.
- Manage projects of varying scales, from minor office reconfigurations to the construction of new buildings, ensuring both routine and extraordinary maintenance.
- Support the Facility team in the assessment, selection, and validation of contractors, vendors, and engineering teams.
- Provide cost estimation and coordinate budget and resources, ensuring financial planning in collaboration with the Finance Department.
- Assist in defining budget forecasts, tracking OPEX and CAPEX forecasts with the controlling department, and managing reports and cost control.
- Supervise construction planning and execution, conducting frequent on-site inspections and ensuring quality delivery.
- Ensure effective communication with Senior Leadership, Management, and other project stakeholders.
- Collaborate in managing general services activities at various industrial and production sites.
- Work with the RSPP/H&S Manager on technical, operational, and organizational activities in accordance with Testo Unico della Sicurezza D.Lgs.81/08 and ISO 45001.
- University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and processes.
- Understanding of main plant systems in corporate and industrial buildings, including MEP, compressed air, extraction, fire, photovoltaic, notifier, IT/data, and CCTV.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles and international building classifications such as ZEB and LEED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and professional project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and possess strong relational skills.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Italy.
Extensive experience in managing construction and facility projects within a corporate or industrial setting.
University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
