Bottega Veneta Executive Assistant to Creative Director

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Creative Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure the Creative Director is informed of relevant information, meetings, and projects.
- Manage and organize office and personal services.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Creative Director.
- English mother tongue or bilingual proficiency.
- Excellent level of Italian (mandatory).
- 8-10 years of previous work experience, preferably within the fashion industry as an Executive Assistant.
- Complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
8-10 years of experience, preferably within the fashion industry as an Executive Assistant.
