Bottega Veneta Executive Assistant to CEO

- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule and calendar.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives.
- Compile and manage expense reports for the CEO and other executives.
- Request, collect, and review weekly business recaps from department heads for CEO submission.
- Approve and submit office invoices to Accounts Payable.
- Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and other executives.
- Liaise with HR, Retail, and Worldwide Communications to transmit company information.
- Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, maintaining organized workspaces and replenishing supplies.
- Partner with IT to ensure office technology is functioning properly.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with strong personal accountability.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Language skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within the fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree
Annual base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, plus discretionary bonus.
